A Decent Place

Honestly, I've lived in this complex for 2 years and have had my share of problems. Whe I first moved in, none of the phone jacks worked and I had to pay $150 to fix them myself (which was a bad start). The pool area during the summer is usually stacked with kids, which is to be expected in a copmlex this large with just the 1 pool. Parking is good unless you get home later around 1:00 or so, then you;ll have to drive around a bit. As far as safety goes I have never felt unsafe living here. It's true that there were some fliers going around about some cars getting broken into but that didn't happen in my part of the complex (just off Cambridge road off Baldwin). I did have a problem with a neighbor below me who would listen to the TV very loud at night. It took management about 3 months to resolve (but I don't blame management because they did make an effort). I would recommend this apartment as a segwe to something better for maybe about a year's stay, nothing further. I am moving out next month because they raised the rent again and, to be honest, the aprtment isn't big enough for me to pay over $850 a month in rent. My recommendation is a yes for this place for a short period or if you need to move in somewhere quickly. Just check the phones jack before you sign that lease!!!
