Overall, I really enjoyed living here. The place was clean, spacious, and everything worked. The office staff was pretty good. I would have liked to stay there but they increased the rent by nearly $50 for the next year. I was happy with my experience until I got my security deposit (or rather didn't get) it back. I had to beg for the itemized statement, and then bogus charges were added such as a $125 "redecorating fee" and a mandatory pet cleaning fee. That would have been fine had it been in the lease... The whole thing was very shady as they required a $250 pet deposit of which they said half was refundable. However, the MANDATORY fee was taken out of the apparently REFUNDABLE half.
