For the price, you'd expect something a bit nicer, or at least the occasional decent interaction with the property manager. Ever since management changed over, dealing with the office is about as pleasant as dealing with the dentist, only worse. People seem to now be moving in and out every month, and this probably has as much to do with them raising the rent as is does with it being a very impersonal and awkward place to live. No one expects management to have parties in the clubhouse for residents (though they used to!), but an occasional "hello" from the 20-year old that runs the place wouldn't be too much to ask for, I think. NOT worth the money or the BS.
