Ridiculously overpriced! A much nicer establishement is about 1 mile away for only about $5 more a month, expected similar service... Staff was not knowledgable about the lease when explaining it. Fairly small, a little noisy. Goose ---- all over the sidewalks, not to mention the fact they chase little kids around. This is in no way shape or form a "luxury" apartment. Best feature, you can buy out the lease!!
