Some Pros, Mainly Cons

I have lived in Bourbon Square since March of 2002. Overall, it wasn't as horrible of an experience as the reviews I've seen here,
but it is definitely true that the walls are paper thin, it takes maintenance longer than it should to get anything done and there is dog waste all over!
However, I haven't had any problems with vandalism or anything remotely related to that. The apartments are spacious, I must say, and I've never had any problems with hot water or my toilets either.
Unfortunately, getting a good apartment here seems to be based almost wholly on luck of the draw. Make sure to inspect the actual model you have (not the one built in the clubhouse) and try to get a look at your neighbors if possible.
