We have lived here for 9 months and haven't had any of the problems that others are listing here. We haven't had any crime problems....haven't even heard of a single rape. The biggest problem we have heard of was a man looking into a first floor apartment...which staff sent out a letter about.

Parking: I'll give you that one. I work evenings and have a heck of a time finding a good spot...but never have to park at a different building. We just all need to not be so lazy...we can walk more than 2 feet!

Noise: Of course you will hear your neighbors...it IS an apartment building. Buy a house if you can't handle it.

Dog Poop: I'll give you that one too. I pick up after my dog and can't stand that others don't but what are you going to do' Complain when you see someone not picking up after their dog...I do.

Maintanence: We've never had a problem. We've had our fridge and dishwasher replaced no problems.

Overall this is a nice place to live but we've also been blessed with good neighbors.

Our apartment wasn't cleaned or painted properly before we moved in but I would have cleaned anyway. We also received mail for the previous tenant that stated everything they had charged her for...and didn't do....so I'll be keeping that letter for when we move out.

It's worth it to look at this place. Overall it isn't as bad as other posters. I think those ppl must be ones that others have complained about....but that's just my opinion.

And 1 more thing...TV Maxx sucks!!!!
