I was relocated and moved here without seeing the apartment in person. I took the virtual tour online. My apartment turned out fine. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and is 1440 square feet and huge.
There was not anything outstanding about the apartment, only the size. But I certainly do not think they are "horrible," I think they are quite nice. They come with a microwave and dishwasher and wood-burning fireplace, which are nice. Plus the walk-in closets are huge. The appliances may be old, but they work. You cannot beat the price given how much space you get in the apartment. And they are clean.
And I think the office staff is very friendly. If you are looking for a brand new fancy apartment, you are looking in the wrong place. But if you are looking for a huge apartment that is nice and clean at a great price, this is the place to look. It depends what is most important.
