Bad Experience

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I moved to Bourbon Square from out of state. When I arrived I was asked to pay a different price than I was quoted. I lived on the 2nd floor and I could hear up and downstairs neighbors very easily. Also when I moved out, after paying all fees, I recieved another bill later for more charges even after I had a reciept showing I had a zero balance.
