I have lived here for 5 years and aside from my issues with incompetant maintenance staff and clueless front office staff, (which I can deal with) but now I am begining to notice that many undesirables appear to be moving in. Latino families with more than 6 people to a 2 bedroom apartment; beat up cars and vans with ladders and tools in them parked in the lots; What is going on here' Is the county forcing this complex to rent to low income' I have seen this before in other places for which I moved from because of it!! I probably will not renew my lease now after many years here. Too bad....they would rather have undesirables than a fine quiet and paying longtime resident.

it is the manager that is clueless, i have spoken to the leasing staff many times and they are as helpful as can be. try talking to the manager, it will get you nowhere, she doesn't care about anyone that lives there.

I believe that all of the 'Latinos' that have moved in are the roofers upgrading the property. If one would talk to them instead of stereotyping, this country would be a much better place to live.

I saw this recently as well. If you notice them "hanging out" you will see they are leaning on a work ladder.

I am not refeing to the "work men" or the "landscapers" or the "roofers". These low income slobs are residents! Apparently you have not yet had them move into YOUR building; but just wait. They are being allowed to move in left and right and once they sign the lease agreement 5 relatives move in with them. Not allowed to have that many adults in one unit per the village of Palatine. It is apparent the "screening process" here at Bourbon Square needs to be reviewed. And by the way you can't "talk to them" because none of them understand English!!! I too am of latino background but I was raised to follow rules and clean up after myself. I was also raised to respect others unlike this scum moving into the area. Lastly, this is America where the national language is English, not spanish and as a latino living in america I speak English! Dexler, maybe you should comeout from under that protective rock you are living under and look around you. If your living here, you will see what I am talking about!

I have seen a lot of workman who have moved in until the upgrades are done but I have not seen any slobs or beat up cars, with the rent prices I don't think those type of people can live here
