I moved in in March and so far everything has been excellent.

The maintainance staff has been very friend, fast, and efficient. All concerns were addressed and reparied/replaced when needed. The service was beyond my expectation.

The front office staff has always been very accomodating, friendly and available to help with a smile.

The appartment itself is in great condition, all appliances are excellent and I have had no problems to note.

I live on the second floor and have very friendly neighbors.

Overall the experience I have had here has been excellenet and I recommend looking into the services and facilities yourself before writting the place off based on an anonymous posting.

And for the record.

I DO NOT WORK FOR THE COMPLEX NOR THE COMPANY!

Based on the fact you needed to say you dont work for the staff, leads me to believe you do. Also, the misspellings dont throw anyone off. As you, (the staff) feel the residents here are stupid, you apparently think those reading these reviews cant see through your feable attempt to make this place look "great" when clearly it isnt. By the way dont you think we as the public dont catch on to the fact that all the "great" reviews are from the staff especially when there is one posted right after each "bad" one?? Get a brain, your residents have one!!

Hey genius - if you're going to point out a misspelling in someone else's posting, perhaps you should double check your own before hitting the submit button. "Feable" isn't actually a word.

I can assure you I am a resident. I state that I do not work for them becuase quite a few negative posters seem to think anything positive about this complex is from management. PS I can freely admit that I can not spell :)

Any positive postings here are absolutely the minority. I would love to share my experience, but am forbidden at this time to do so due to legal issues. But I can add that this complex has managed to give me the worst living experience yet to date, and I vow to do anything it takes to share my experience In a large scale against Equity Properties and Bourbon square.I have the resources to do it and it will be my pleasure. Defamation will be no defense against the TRUTH! One might ask if equity or the management staff of Bourbon Square has offered to do anything to rectify my situation? I think being so big allows them to ignore the needs of their residents. We'll see!

fedup06 not only should you check your spelling before critizing someone else about theirs, you should also check your grammer such as we as the public dont catch on. That makes no gammerical sense
