THIS ---- HOLE IS ------- SICK. THE ROOF IS LEAKING WATER AND CRACKED AND NOW FLYS ARE ALL OVER THE APARTMENT. MY CAR GETS TOWED CUZ OF THE NEW POLICYS AFTER 8 IF UR NOT IN AND NO SPOTS ARE LEFT YOU HAVE TO PARK IN THE CARDEALER PARKING LOT AND THEN MOVE IT BEFORE THEY OPEN OTHERWISE IT GETS TOWED. I HATE THIS ---- AND A 1 BEDROOM FOR 1500 A MONTH COME ON NOW AND $30 EVERYTIME U CALL A MAINMANCE MAN OVER. MANAGER IS HORRIBLE AND OFFICE STAFF IS DUMB. THEY MUST OF HIRED THE DUMBEST PEOPLE EVER IN THEIR EMPLOYMENT AD!

Just based on the previous reviewer’s horrible grammar, I would not put too much faith in their appraisal. All maintenance issues have been resolved with 24 hours of reporting, no maintenance fee has ever been paid and I have never encountered any issues with lack of parking spaces on the large property. Although if one parks in a private lot it really is their own fault if their car is towed. The property is very pet friendly, with pet waste bags throughout the property. I think that the previous reviewer had a hard time with the staff because when one has such horrible grammar one tends to be unintelligible. Perhaps the staff thought the previous reviewer was ‘dumb’.

Leasing managers should not be allowed to post or defend on this site, They should be doing their jobs. Sandy Should be removed immediately from this property. Even better she should be sentenced to live in my abode! Although I did not post the original message I would be more than happy to offer my education credentials!

You know "Dexler" and "RXDOC73"... your responses just made the management and staff look that much worse. It is obvious that's who you are. If you are prejudice towards "dumb" people maybe you shouldn't have customer service jobs you f_cking idiots. I happen to agree with the first poster if they are correct. Who cares how someone writes if they are paying you $1500 a month for a one bedroom apartment That is insane. I was paying $1056 for a two bedroom like 2 years ago. That is a really big price jump. And when I lived there I did not see pet waste bags "throughout" the property at all. Of course your complex is pet friendly... more money for you and more you have to blame things on when people move out. So really you are getting the bargain there. I had a dog there and she did not ruin anything, but my ex of course got charged for a couple things the "dog" did. And some things that were broken that we don't remember being broken at all. If you want to avoid these brutally honest postings, stop being such -------s and do your jobs!

Hey, shelby69lover, the rent is NOT 1500 a month for a 1 bedroom. It's 1000 bucks. Check out their website before defending people who exaggerate.
