Any positive postings here are absolutely a minority, and a very small minority at that. Everyone of my neighbors agree. 9 people in my building alone have had bad experiences with Sandy or the MANAGEMENT STAFF at Bourbon Square. I would love to share my experience, but am forbidden at this time to do so, due to legal issues. But I can add that this complex has managed to give me the worst living experience yet to date, and I vow to do anything it takes to share my experience In a LARGE SCALE against Equity Properties and Bourbon square. I have the resources to do it and it will be my pleasure. Defamation will be no defense against the TRUTH! One might ask if equity or the management staff of Bourbon Square has offered to do anything to rectify my situation' I think being so big allows them to ignore the needs of their residents. We'll see!

I agree, Sandy is unprofessional, has no ethics or common sense. The staff can make NO decisions big or small without Sandy's blessing. The complex is a pit and it takes multiple phone calls and threats of legal action to get anything done. Even as simple as cleaning up the garbage on the property.

Well I would really like to know what happened to you... And good for you for taking action! I hope they learn their lesson. Too bad more people don't do that. I for one don't have the money for it. I might as well just pay for the bogus bill and move on.

Marissa, the new office manager, is horridly unprofessional. We have been billed/paid twice for water/garbage on two occasions. Its just not woth the hassle of dealing with the office.

to the original poster, technically if you have leagle action against equity you cannot post anything for or against them on a public board, it can be used against you as slander in your case. Didn't your lawyer tell you that.

Listen you bumbling legal idiot, How could Slander be used as a defense to the truth on an anonymous posting. By the way, apparently you don't have your GED or spell check because it's spelled LEGAL not leagle! 1happy26 is obviously employed by Equity.
