I was in the office the other day arguing once again with the great staff, and as I glanced over on their computer screen, I saw this site up. It looked as if someone was writing a neg reivew for a different property although I could not read it all. There is no guarantee that this place is HORRIBLE and I am 100% positve that the mangers write positive reviews for this site aswell because no normal person would enjoy this place.

ALSO- I ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO CALL EQUITY HEADQUARTERS AND NOTIFY THEM AS TO WHAT KIND OF IDIOTS THEY HAVE RUNNING THE OFFICE. IF WE ALL CALL AND WRITE LETTERS THEY WILL SEE THAT THIS PROPERTY HAS GONE TO HELL AND HOPEFULLY FIRE EVERYONE IN THAT OFFICE/REPLACE THEM WITH HARD WORKING PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CARE. LETS GET TOGETHER AND DO THIS PEOPLE!!
Pure idiots run the office, they should all get pink slips and work at mcdonalds. This would be a nice property if the staff wasn't so dumb and the manager actually cared about my apt problems!

I got sent to collections after I moved out for a burn in the carpet but THEY WOULD NOT LET ME SEE THE BURN! I don't smoke nor burn carpeting. A petty way to earn extra money. AVOID THIS DUMP! IT'S A HORRIBLE SCAM!Oh and if i wanted to stay my rent would go from 1200 to 1320. Nice huh

well, surprise, surprise! Of course we all know the staff monitors this website and writes raving reviews! As for the moveout-I plan to move out soon and I have all intentions of doing the final walkthrough with them. I will also be taking pictures of the apartment prior to my departure just in case! I lived at one other equity owned apt. and they screwed me on the deposit siting problems that did not exist and unfortunately I had already left the state when they did the walk through! Live and learn! Not this time! BTW-your proposed raise in rent was designed to get rid of you! I have seen it before with former neighbors here. They did not have anything on you to not renew your lease so they sqeeze you out by raising the rent to an unreasonable amount hoping you leave on your own. Apparently it worked, but you are better for it, I'm sure.

I lived there with my boyfriend and to be honest it went well for the most part, but we didn't like to be bothered. There was only one time we needed something fixed and that took about 3 days. What got me is I moved out because we broke up, but kept my name on the lease. I siged the paper that he would have to sign when he moved out so I wouldn't have to come back and sign it. They lost the paper and claimed I never signed it and now my ex's name and my name are in collections for like $1200 and then whatever they added that he already had paid for because there was something that needed to be replaced which is -------- anyway. So you guys are right. I thought they just screwed us over. Obviously they do it to everyone. I am sure they do monitor this site. Anyone that is happy with it there hasn't moved out yet.
