Your staff is a bunch of idiots. I called on an issue that has been called on for at least four times. A window that needs to be fixed. I explained that bugs are coming in a window that is completely gone and needs to be put back into place. I further explained that the situation with bugs coming in the open window has been made quite clear on all three prior requests for service. I asked why it appears to take four phone calls to get this resolved. Your very talented and well spoken employee offered this as an explaination, "Well maybe it has not been fixed because we are in the process of replacing all the windows." I asked if that is the best she had to offer because it was unacceptable to let bugs and the like into the building in order to save time and not address the problem until our building comes up on the list for a new window. She went on to say, "....well I was just trying to give you a reason for why the window has not been fixed yet". I said that's not a valid reason, that's an excuse! She fumbled her words from that point on, (probably realizing she screwed up at this point) and just cut the conversation short and said it will be looked into. We are in the midst of a brilliant idiot! Why do I put up with this ridiculousness, I must be just as brilliant, but I will be moving soon, I gaurantee you that!! It's not bad enough to get poor service, but then to be handled by uneducated people who have no experience or common sense handling the public is beyond my comprehension.

Sounds very similar to the response that I have received from Bourbon Square; however, management was more hostile when I demanded that a broken lock be repaired immediately. They are small, vindictive people with no regard for their fellow man.
