This place sucks! The office staff sucks! The maintenance staff sucks! The buildings are falling apart, the apts are falling apart, the parking lot needs to be resurfaced, the common areas like the laundry rooms are filthy and not kept up, the air conditioner units are old and will NEVER be replaced, (per my conversations with men working in maintenance), the walls and ceiling/floors are thin and not at all sound proofed, the appliances are old and it takes a memo from God himself to get them replaced even if you have proved they don't work, no one in the office or maintennace return phone calls, maintenance requests take weeks even months and the excuse is always they are backed up with work because the buildings are old. If you like hearing the same excuse over and over again and dealing with uneducated, unprofessional and clueless people, step up and fill out an application. If not, stear clear!! The size is inviting but once here, you realize you sold your soul for a large closet!
