Well its been about 6 months since the new management took over. Although there are one or two nice people in the office willing to help, the rest would break their faces to even smile at you. Then there is information. As far as getting any info on the condo conversion or even the office renovations either these people are doing a great acting job or they are completely in the dark. They all claim their corporate office is keeping them in the dark about everything including the office renovations and the clubhouse. That seems a bit hard to believe. As far as changes in the complex. The only thing I have seen since the take over is new mats inside and outside the doors of each of the buildings. Big deal!!
Have you seen the new website for our complex' bourbonsquare.com Shows washer and dryer hookups in the units. Sooooo where are they''' Even the communication with the community is next to nothing. So we got a letter introducing themselves. Can I tell you I suggested that to them''' Since then, nothing! Its like its all a big fat secret. Well, I for one have not seen enough changes to warrent my staying here. I'm outa here at my renewal!!
