Reading these reviews I have consistantely seen supporters of Bourbon square saying that people not respecting their neighbors are taking it out on management. Maybe it is just me, but I do not see a connection here. The people complaining about the management in some case are refering to specific occurrence that have happened to them or that they have witnessed in the management office. Few of them mention anything about having problems with their neighbors. Could some one please clarify why the two are being lumped together' When I was living there I got along very well with my neighbors & I respected them. My problem was dealing directly with the management of the complex. I have since moved to a sister company just down the street and was absolutly amazed by how the same management company could have two totally differently run complexs. At the new place the management is friendly & courteous, the complex is clean (no dog poop laying around everywhere), and the parking lot is well kept (no potholes). My greif isn't with Marquette or my neighbors at Bourbon Square but is with the way the managers at Bourbon Square are running it into the ground. When I moved there 3 years ago the complex was almost at 100% occupancy. Now you drive around & there are several areas where entire buildings are completely empty. One building was empty for so long they allowed the maintanence staff to move into it just so that it was creating some income. So to those stating how wonderful the managememt is, ask yourself this, why are so many people moving out & so few moving in'

THOSE WHO LIVE IN GLASS HOUSES SHOULD NOT THROW STONES !!! Shame on you ! Hope no one sues you for your slandering remarks. I guess it just depends on who you are and what you represent. I have been a tenant for over 5 years and have always found management to be responsive to my needs !

All i know is that you all ----- and ----- and want to world.. I hope you people never buy a home beacuse there is no one there to ------- help you dum ass. when ---- breaks then it is going to cost you a lot of ------- money to fix it. your water heater gose out, that is only going to run about 250 to 400 to fix it that night. but wait they come out and fix your ---- now when they get the workorder. but the GOLF CART -------S dont get no more for being on call 24/7 365 day a dam year so why dont you get a ------- life and stopp bitching or get the ---- out and go to a ----en home you ---- heads

Interesting that you should mention slandering remarks, I should mention that I was there when the accountant (there, happy no name mentioning) told one lady that was one medical disablity due to a terminal illness that she had a problem with the Other ladies People & that The Other Ladies people were no good. It was a extremely racial remark with more then one witness & now I beleive she is suing because she had all documentation. What type of people running an office expect business by making racial remarks.
