As per usual, it is back to tight lips about when phases 2 and 3 will be under way. Although renovations seem to be slowly moving along, one can't help but notice the new paved streets and parking lots come to a screeching hault at the end of the road going out of "Phase 1". And I'm sure the company contracted to replace the stop signs and the address signs were chewed out when they mistakenly replaced signs outside of phase two, (as you can tell by the fact there are only one or two on the streets further back in the complex). I do, however see new air conditioning units going in phase two, but alas that little luxery is only reserved for the new renters as they are only replacing the ones in the units that are unoccupied. I have to wonder given the poor management of the renters how the "association" will be once we are owners' I for one am looking into alternatives in the area. These may be the biggest units around, they cant be the best!
