We had the MISFORTUNE of moving into this apartment. We were from another city and didn't have enough time to research. The size is the trap. We became tired of the constant noise from our neighbors who kept us awake all night. Complaining to the management was of no avail; the manager was rude, impolite and most discourteous. Finally, we made the call to move out. Last heard that they are being converted to condos...
