Beware of renting at Bourbon Square. First, upon signing the lease I was only in contact with members from a temp agency. These people told me all the wrong things...I was told I wouldn't pay water or garbage (lie) and they switched my apartment 3 times before I moved in(went from all the way in the front to the back). They are constantly in the apartment with very little notification and don't tell you of any updates. For example. I went to do laundry and had my sack of quarters (keep in mind I had used quarters at the machine for months). Without any notice, I found out that I suddenly needed a card. When I went to get the card I found out that I needed dollars, not quarters. So I had to go to an ATM, pay the fee at the ATM. Then I went back and found that the machine only accepted $5 bills for new cards, so I had to go to the local store and buy something to get a 5. The card itself cost $3 (which I was not notified). Finally I got things squared away and ended up paying about $10 plus gas to do a load of laundry. It doesn't end there. When I had problems with the lease (they were overcharging) they were rude and said "All of you people are irresponsible". Irresponsible'!'!!! This place is horrible!
