I ABSOLUTELY agree with the most UNPROFESSIONAL building manager I have ever met EVER. (Michelle) ...They all have a complete disreguard for the safety of their tenants . After numerous attempts to fix a parking lot outside of my building (in which was paved in 2007 WITHOUT A PERMIT from the city.. never inspected..and lacks sufficient drainage) my 7 month old and I slipped on the ice that is never ever tended to. I was told that only Marquette management and wells fargo insurance would deal with my issue and quoting Michelle screaming on the telephone to me " Im sick of this situation why don't you just F'ing move..if you come into the clubhouse again about this situation I will have you arrested" .. wow what WONDERFUL people to pay to get you to move into "luxury living" Everything breaks... your utilities will sky rocket in the winter.. the maintenance men fly by on snowmobiles when we have small children around..drive their golf carts on the lawn making it all muddy and park their broken down POS cars in our lot so we are late for work because I can't get out of my driveway let alone find parking.
If you are a mother like me and tries to see the good in people you will not find it here.. I do not want my children in an unsafe environment or thinking its okay to talk to people the way they do at Bourbon Square.

I hope I at least save ONE PERSON from renting here because before long the law will catch up with this company..its illegal activities and unprofessional staff

FYI its 1300 a month with nothing included to live here. GOOD LUCK

I have lived at bourbon square for 6 years and have always found the staff very helpful. it sounds like your just a very bitter person

All i know is that you all ----- and ----- and want to world.. I hope you people never buy a home beacuse there is no one there to ------- help you dum ass. when ---- breaks then it is going to cost you a lot of ------- money to fix it. your water heater gose out, that is only going to run about 250 to 400 to fix it that night. but wait they come out and fix your ---- now when they get the workorder. but the GOLF CART -------S dont get no more for being on call 24/7 365 day a dam year so why dont you get a ------- life and stopp bitching or get the ---- out and go to a ----en home you ---- heads

I have to agree Michelle Cowell is a complete idiot!! First of all she is always outside smoking, avoids all phone calls and is a LIAR! We have had nothing but problems since we have moved in and I do have to admit I thought I was being a little picky (seeing as I used to rent from another Marquette Building) but even my three neighbors have had the same problems as I have. The maintence department is a joke, our sinks constantly floods and the bath tubs back up, there is a wasp problem in the laundry room (with a great response from Michelle be careful or don't do laundry there) UMM yes that is what I pay for!!!! Don't move here!!
