My husband and I just moved to Bourbon Square in June 2008 and I am not to happy. The office people are not all that great and the apartments are VERY out dated. My stove looks like its from 1980 and so do the tiles in the bathrooms. There are a ton of bugs and I am finding them daily. The walls are also VERY thin in the apartments, I am always hearing the people above us and they have kids and dogs. If I am home during the day all I hear is kids running, banging & yelling. We will for sure be moving out when our lease is up.

All I have to say to YOU is....DID YOU NOT SEE THE APARTMENT BEFORE YOU MOVED IN????? Nothing changed sweetheart. Quit your bitching and get a life! As far as hearing the 'kids' and 'dogs' above you...if you don't like it, then live on the third floor. This is apartment living moron!

Actually, I live there too and the apartment shown prior to moving in looks NOTHING like what you actually get. Maintenance sucks. One of the employees showing the apartment said how she lives there and NEVER hears the neighbors, bull. I can hear every conversation in the apartment below me, so moron don't talk about things you don't know about.

For your information I did not see the apartment before I moved in.... I was living out of state at the time and the photos on the website are not the apartments that they rent. And as far as your comment about hearing kids and dogs this is NOT apartment living moron!!! This is my 4th apartment that I have lived in and have always lived on the first floor and I have NEVER heard others like I do now. Its just a matter of having rude people that live around you and don't respect other in the buliding. And who are you to tell me to get a life you are the one that is commenting on peoples review when I am just trying to warn other that are looking to live here.
