Enough,I have called Bourbon Square home for eight years, and intend to continue to call it home.It seems the same things come up over and over with these reviews, noise staff, grounds etc.I have been on both sides of the fence, home owner and tenant. And how you can bash the staff for people with no respect for their neighbors,is amazing.Everyone is required to have their background and credit verified, this is what the staff has to go on, how do they determine, what kind of tenant they will make. The law states they meet the criteria , you will rent to them.I have also witnessed, many improvements only to see people ruin them as quickly as there were put in,so how long before they say,no more, and yes its unfair to people who care, but its not a perfect world.Have heard about the black top, last year was one of the worst winters in years, took a toll on everything. How many times have you been in const, traffic, for road improvements, and said they just fixed this.Who did you write then or blame'Bourbon Square is a great place to call home and is improving, because of a good staff in every area, and yes there is still a ways to go,it took the good lord seven days, these are only humans. so before you write why dont you leave these people to do what they can with what they are given, and find the real people at fault, the people who really control where the money will be spent where when and how.I know in my position I answer to someone so do they. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

Well, all I have to say is...if you are not happy here, then move. Never once have I experienced the staff being so rude as to say "What do you want" I too have brought the pothole situation up to Michelle and her response was NOT ... "LIVE WITH IT!" Yes, potholes do happen and with the winter we had last year....trust me when I say...EVERY ROAD got hit hard. Let me ask you this....why would you stay here for three years if everyone treats you so poorly?? Doesn't make sense to me.

Yes, potholes do happen and with the winter we had last year....trust me when I say...EVERY ROAD got hit hard. Let me ask you this....why would you stay here for three years if everyone treats you so poorly?? Doesn't make sense to me. Only problem the potholes weren't from last winter they were the from the year before. Had it just been last winter I would have understood, but they were there the Novemeber after I moved in & that was 2 years ago, also the sewer sinking started around the same time. So none of it was a result of this past winter. In fact the sewer's were repaired twice last summer. And the 2 year old potholes were finally fixed after I moved out this april & I might add poorly fixed, instead of repaving they filled in all the cracks & holes & put a layer of tar over it, so you can see all of the repairs that they had to make.
