I hope you people never buy a home beacuse there is no one there to ------- help you dum ass. when ---- breaks then it is going to cost you a lot of ------- money to fix it. your water heater gose out, that is only going to run about 250 to 400 to fix it that night. but wait they come out and fix your ---- now when they get the workorder. but the GOLF CART -------S dont get no more for being on call 24/7 365 day a dam year so why dont you get a ------- life and stopp bitching or get the ---- out and go to a ----en home you ---- heads

Your response has no relevance to the the previous reviewer. Of course when you own your own home you pay for repairs & you are going to pay a lot in some cases.
The last reviewer made no mention of problems with the type of repairs you are talking about. The last reviewer is commenting on the poor quality of the parking lot & the repair jobs that were made to the pavement. I also lived in the rear area of the complex & it was horrendous. Sewer sink holes at least a foot deep that remained for months & then when they were repaired within weeks the sewers where sunk in again. When you pay the amount that the complex charges for rent which for me was over 1300/per, you expect to at least be able to drive in the parking lot with out worring about having your vehicle damaged.
