I recently moved in and I wish I would have seen this site before now.. It is funny that within only a few months of being here I have already encountered the "we really don't give a ---- about you mentality." Obviously everyone is entitled to their opinion and it is easy to see when staff is commenting back on these reviews. Reviews are meant to state peoples own experiences and I doubt it would be in anybody's interest to waste their time lying in a review. I was very pleased with my leasing agent however I do not feel that Bourbon Square advertises how living in this community will be. I have gone to this infamous Michelle or should I say left messages and NEVER receive a call back...what kind of manager is too busy to return a phone call..and it has been 3 weeks..Sure being a manager is busy but she has time to smoke and talk on the phone but when I go inside they say she is busy''Um I just saw her...Also when you come into the office and you can overhear the own employees bitching behind the desk.. very unprofessional. Yes owning a house is not easy but does anyone think that some people chose to live in an apartment because people are busy and it should be nice knowing you are paying for people to help fix things that break'' or paying to at least receive a phone call or a smile' Regardless of pot holes lets try having a place to park'' I can not wait to move out of here and I will never give this property a good word especially with the management that could care less about its residents. That is MY EXPERIENCE and im entitled to speaking my mind..im sure future residents will go by postings that are detailed from residents.. people are smart enough to know that any positive ratings are obviously management because no one in their right mind would defend these people

You are absolutely right about Michelle! She is USELESS! Don't hold your breath waiting for her to respond to you!

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am looking to rent and visited Bourbon Square. I liked the one bedroom apt I was shown but need to think about some of the issues you mentioned before I sign a lease with them.
