(user photo) they told me to poke a hole in the wet drywall to drain the water and when it stoped draining call back and theyll fix it.

Well I have been here close to four years now and am still as happy as I was the day I moved in. I saw the conversion come and go, but the grounds have come back and the place is in better shape than it has been.

The places are very big, maintainance requests are completed in a day or two (depending on the severity) and the office staff is helpful and courteous. The staff has taken me to doctors appointments when I could not drive myself!

I highly recommend this place and look forward to yet another year.
