It was true that past management companies have not been resposive to repairs and requests. Brentwood was taken over by a new management company in april of 2008. Every since this time any requests have been answered in a timely manner. The management company is working on upgrades to the common areas.

Neighboors are very nice people too. You have to remember when moving here this is a condo, not a single family home. People live a little closer here, if we have ever had a concern with a resident we brought it up to the neighbor and it has fixed immediatly or dealt with immediatly.

In 2 months of a new management, exactly how does a resident know what the management's concerns are and what they are trying to accomplish and how hard they are working? And how could a resident conclude in only 2 months that repairs and responses and concerns have so greatly improved? This review was clearly written by the management trying to give themselves better reviews and a better rating to help dupe people into thinking this is a decent place to live with competent management. As a resident, I have to tell you there is far more truth in the negative reviews that have been posted.
