I have been here at Brentwood for about five years. I enjoy it very much. I am an owner of a unit and though the assessment might seem a little bit high-it definitely beats having a house with maintenance, laundry, gas, heat and water expenses!! There is a pool, jogging path, gazebo and lots of parking. In winter the snow is plowed and summer the lawn is mowed very nicely. The building and laundry room is always very clean and have never had a problem. Neighbors are great-family and pet friendly. I don't plan on moving anytime soon!!
