This apartment complex is average. There are some nice things, like the gym and pool. But there are some bad things. There is construction next store, so there is lots of noise that bothers me. There was actually a dumpster fire last week that was too close for comfort. There is also low income housing across Rand road which houses some very shady people. I would suggest looking elsewhere because of the low income housing, it is scary. They cross Rand road and hang out by Clover Ridge. There are plenty of places in Palatine and Arlington Hts, far from low income housing people. I wish I had noticed when I visited and signed my lease.
