I drove past Clover Ridge for 6 months on my way to work in Palatine, but always assumed from the look of the exteriors and lanscaping that this must be a townhome association or condo association, but to my suprise I found out it was a rental. The community is beautiful (especially in the summer with the landscaping) and the staff was always available to help. The apartments are well kept and you would never have know these apartments are over 10 years old. The maintenance staff has really kept it up! Only downfall was no cable modem available trough Optel. I have lived at 4 other communities and Clover Ridge is by far the best. I reccomend it to anyone looking for a great place to live. Only moved to purchase a home.
