We love living at Clover Ridge. We moved in a short while ago and have had nothing but positive experiences with other tenants and staff. We were a bit frustrated with the "red tape" to move in, but it just shows they do thoroughly screen all tenants. The apt was immaculate when we moved in and appliances worked perfectly with the exception of a small problem with our fridge (the defrost button was stuck on the freezer, fixed within 24 hrs). The place was beautifully spotless and smelled very fresh upon entry. I have yet to hear any noise from surrounding neighbors or pets.

We live in a pet building and I am amazed that when walking through the halls you would never know it is a pet building. It always smells fresh. The potty bags & garbage??s placed throughout the grounds are extremely nice, but unfortunately I have already seen a few other tenants not care to use them. Be careful where you step... Also, some potty garbage??s have been overflowing and the maintenance staff needs to be reminded to empty them.

I have used the workout room, sauna & hot tub on numerous occasions and have had no problems. One complaint would be that they do not provide disinfectant wipes to clean grips and bars of equipment. I always wipe them down before use. Also, the parking lot surrounding the club house is DARK! There is no light by the back door entrance or in the entire lot surrounding. Could make any woman feel a bit uneasy when alone entering/exiting at night. The spa and sauna are kept very clean.

I was a little concerned about the surrounding low income housing but to be honest, they don??t seem to venture over to the complex. I have never felt unsafe taking out my dog at night and find most areas well lit. I also have spent many evening out on my patio and have not seen any shady people loitering.

So far, I am very happy with our choice to make this our home. We looked at many places in the area and for the price this is unbeatable. It??s been a pleasure.
