It has been a LONG time since we lived at Clover Ridge. We lived there from 1998-2000. It was our very first apartment. We were newlyweds and had an 8 month old.

When we flew out to Illinois so my husband could take the job we went looking for apartments. We loved the way the outside looked. We also loved the model apartments. Notice I said model apartments. When we moved into our place the carpet was stained. The kitchen cabinets were not like the models we saw. The flooring was cracked. There was a huge nick in the kitchen counter.

After a while we started to hate having carpet in the dining area. The place was getting to small for us. Also with just one bathroom that made it hard too. We had nice neighbors but a lot moved out. The area was not ghetto when we lived there. I guess that part of Palatine has gotten bad since we moved to Oregon

I have to add....We had one car so parking was not a problem for us ever.
