Had a good experience. the staff was friendly, their clubhouse affordable to rent and everyone has a good attitude. Heater unit made a lot of noise at night and maintanace never found the root cause. We were told we would get newer washer and dryers but that never happened. If they offer to paint your walls, keep in mind you have to paint them white again at the end of your lease. other than that, had good neighbors and the maintaance staff was prompt in dealing with issues. The general manager is personable and always makes small talk.
