Clover Ridge is way over priced for what you are getting. Look around in the area before considering Clover Ridge East, you will find something cheaper and still get a whole lot more!! The pool and other facilities are poorly maintained. There is doggy doodoo all over the grounds. The garbage is constantly over filling the dumpsters. Not enough visitor parking, people often arguing over parking spaces...the police have been out to my complex because of this a few times!! The hallways of the buildings are dirty, and the temps in the hallways are not controlled, leaving you with higher gas bills in the winter and higher electric bills in the summer....this list goes on and on....nails are always popping out of the walls...the floors squeak a lot....
