Don't Stay Here - Keep Looking

I moved into Countryside September 2002 and the staff & building was good. However once the building was put up for sale (and later purchased by Alliance) maintaince lacked service and staff became unwilling to help. This past winter my furance went out numerous times, when I reported it I was asked "what did you do to it'" do you really think I would try to fix a furnance on my own' They came to fix it, but it would breakdown at least once a week. The maintaince guy showed me how to fix the furance if it happened again, why didn't he fix it so that it wouldn't breakdown again' Another time My building went several days without water because they needed to fix the pipes, they cut huge portions of the walls out and didn't repair the walls for several months, they used to clean the halls but not anymore, but they do put up notices threatning to throw out our doormats & shoes in the hall due to a fire code rule.
Don't forget that the rent is higher than most places for a compartible apartment, and it is impossible to break your lease!
KEEP LOOKING!!
