This place will find every reason in the book to give you a fine,parking ticket or or other fee's. If you do not pay them within a weeks period, they will send you to a collection agency. This place is scum, they wil find every reason to send you to a collection agency just so they can write you off on their taxes. I HATE THIS PLACE. Sure they act all nice when you first check out the place, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Your first month might be plesant but after that.. HELL. WAY OVERPRICED for the crap you deal with. PEEP HOLES were found in a few units. This place is scummy!
