Worst place I've ever rented from

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Here's a list of problems that we've had in our year here:
1. $250 monthly electric bills in summer from central air being set at 70. I asked my parents, they pay no more than $250 to keep their 4,500 sq ft house at that temp in the summer. they said we were setting it too low not that maybe the apartment leaked air like a sieve or that our 100 year old central air unit was going bad
2. We had ants in our apartment. not for a week or two... We found them on Dec 29th and reported them. I still had major ant infestations through the end of April... and still see some stragglers... one night I came home and found about 10,000 of them all over my bedroom which had no food or any attraction for them in it, they were all over both bedrooms and bathrooms for months and finally hit the kitchen after 3 months of the extermination guy not doing enough to solve the problem... DISGUSTING!
3. The outside door that locks to our building breaks about biweekly and it takes them 2/3 days to get it so you don't have to spend 5 mins jiggling the thing to get it open.
4. Guy with apt across from ours constantly has strong smoking odor into hallway and sometimes it's not legal things being smoked.
5. 3 times the washing machine/dryer ate money off my laundry card and the laundry service basically called me a liar when I reported it, aone of these times it was 3am and i had to finish my laundry at a local hotel since I was traveling the next day and the first dryers at $8.75 off the card so I had nothing left to do the other 2 loads.
6. The electric outlet in one of the bed rooms feel out of the wall and shorted out half the apartment.
7. holes "hidden" in bathroom and kitchen, that took them 3 weeks to fill after we moved in.
8. towel rack fell down in bathroom took 4 weeks to get put back up
9. Toilet overfloowed one night when flushed... I know what you're thinking, but it was after I took a leak, not the other thing if you catch my drift.
10. the bottom floor of our building had flooding (in the middle of the fall for no reason) so the building stunk for about 10 days afterward.
11. When I went back the day after I moved most of my stuff out, I though gee it's bright out tonight... then I realized that they had finally replaced the entry lightts outside our building and in the parking lot.
***The jist of it is I could go on forever, but there's a short laundry list of things we delt with in just one year... And my roommate are very quiet no destructive residents who between the two oof us have had 7 apts in our life and this is hands down the worst!!!
