This place used to bo o.k., before the new management. Now it sucks. Our air-conditioner ran ALL THE TIME to keep the temp at 75 degrees during the summer. I called four times about this and what did they do' NOTHING! They sent a maintenance guy once and it worked for about 3 days. My electric bill' $160/month during the summer! When we bought a townhouse and moved out, we had one month left on our short term lease. They did not let us leave a month early and let a new renter take over our payment, so we had to pay a whole months rent for $1.200! While we were living someplace else, someone else (obviously the maintenance staff) entered our apartment, stole our mop, broom, laundry card(worth $10), work out room entry card (worth $35), and a couple of other things. The staff there fed us a bunch of -------- about "no one from here checked out your keys". Overall, this place is the WORST! DO NOT LIVE HERE! P.S. - we had to call the cops about someone living in the storage basement!
