This place is ridiculous. I wonder if Alliance Residential Management knows about how this place is being run. They are snotty in the office and lie to your face. I know four people in my building and we all are paying different prices for our apartments.
I'm paying 870 for a one bedroom(been here two years) and my neighbor who has been here for a year is paying 664 for the exact same apartment! The boys who have a two bedroom down the hall are paying 775. A single mother downstairs had to move across the way because they raised her rent 100 dollars. What's the deal' Then they make you feel stupid when you ask them pretending to not know anything about different rents. Don't try to call the "Corporate" connection Kelli because she NEVER answers her phone and her mailbox is full, go figure. People are leaving left and right because of the office. I wanted to stay two extra months while I wait for my home to be built and they want 1118 dollars. When I found out how I've been ripped off I told them I would not pay that and I'm out. They didn't even care. So now there will be another vacant apartment that they could of made 1770 off of. They also have no clue to how many garages are taken either. I've written to Alliance, we'll see if they get back to me.
Until this management is shaped up or shipped out this place sucks, don't let them fool you! Oh and if you'd like to complain call Alliance in Texas 713-977-1120 or www.alliance residential.com

This story is very familiar! I was considering moving to Countryside but at the last minute decided not to. I and 4 other people I know all went over there at different times and were all told different things. All of our rents were different amounts.....and the clincher was "we all" had to move into our apts 2 wks prior to the first of the month, or "they couldn't guarantee they would be available! In other words they, I feel, were trying to squeeze us all out of an extra 2 wks rent...(a hidden security deposit?) This management company is run by very low class unprofessional people. Do they think the public is stupid??? I know every marketing scheme in the book and this company is practicing the old fashioned game of "Bait and Switch!" DON'T MOVE TO COUNTRYSIDE!
