Countryside apartments were never anything but good to me. I am actually moving back in a few weeks. My husband and i love the community feel and never had a problems.
the office crew was always nice and professional......have you all ever thought that maybe they may be reacting to the way that you treat them'''' treat others the way that you would want to be treated.
we moved away over a year ago and realized that we should have stayed. every problem that we ever had with maintenance was taken care of promptly and efficiently.
we never had a problem with parking...or with neighbors. we paid our rent and followed the rules...and had no problems.
some of you might try that sometime. thing are bound to go wrong once in a while. if you approach the situation with a good attitude then it will be fixed with a good attitude. i deal with the public everyday and know this for a fact.
the apartments are way more than you get anywhere else for the money. you have beautiful scenery, and well maintained apartments. if you want something perfect.....MOVE TO BEVERLY HILLS.
I would be willing to put money on the fact that half of you that write these reviews have either been evicted...or caused some sort of problem. i think that it is very unfair for you to express your feelings with such anger because something did no go your way.
overall...great place to live. wonderful staff...and great apatments for the money.

I have am a college student about to move in to countryside and start my career. I have had very limited experience with the staff, but so far everything has been great. I am not at all worried despite some of the bad reviews. This is the first lease I had to sign that does not have a keg stipulation clause in it so this will certainly be a different experience. If any other people have advice who don't want to just complain, I would appriciate it. Thanks
