Countryside Apartments was a beautiful community when I moved in about 5 years ago. It's so sad to watch it deteriorate. The grass wasn't cut for a month in the beginning of spring and there's branches and debris all over. Rumor has it that management doesn't care anymore because they're being sold off to turn condo. Don't you think someone should let us know' The girls in the office are rude and obnoxious. The s0-called property manager is a poor excuse for a leader. The maintenance staff is not what it used to be either. I would not rent here....not while it's the present managent company. I'll be leaving at the end of my lease and would never rent from Alliance again.

I agree. The management is horrible. Especially when they close the office up early and stand behind the glass and watch you try to get in. Then you leave the parking lot and they run to their cars. The office has gone down hill dramatically in the last 2-3 months. Seem like all the good help moved on..without much blame to them. There is absolutely no lighting at night and no explanation is given. I would also have to agree with the property manager being a poor leader. She never even seems like she knows what she is doing and i have, on a few occasions, heard her degrading other employees. I would however have to disagree about the maintenace staff. Every time i have had a work order it has been completed promptly. I have had many thought about contactin Alliance to try to open their eyes about the way it is being ran..but i have also heard that they are selling..and i dont know if it would make a difference.

You are both so right. This place is going downhill very quickly! The staff is so totally incompetent and the maintenance staff worthless. I, too, have heard these were going condo, looks like they would be forthcoming enough to tell people and then let them make up thier minds about moving here. Just a dreadful place!
