I read through some of these negative comments and I just don't see it. My apartment came clean and in perfect working order. I rarely hear my neighbors so I must assume they never rarely hear me. My particular lot has ample parking. Recently, they hired a new landscaping crew that came through and trimmed all the bushes which was nice yet greatly overdue.

One thing needs to be fixed...the tennis courts. They have cracks in them in many areas and the under ground life is seeping through. This really needs fixed. There is nothing more deterring and cheapening to the casual eye than seeing run down outdoor facilities at an otherwise nice apartment complex. I sure hope this gets done soon.

Also, sometimes my newspaper that I subscribed to is stolen in the morning if I don't get it early enough. I don't blame Countryside for this though. That's just some idiot who is too lazy to spend 50 cents and buy his own.

Overall, the place is great!

Funny... I live in Countryside, and my newspaper is stolen, too. It's just my Sun-Times. For some reason they don't care about taking my Trib. It is extremely annoying and rude.
