As per most rental offices, the service was gratuitous and apparently organized at the time of lease signing. THAT WAS THE END OF IT! Any time there was a problem, or concern, they simply couldn't care less. The "girls" in the office were condescending, rude, and were more interested in their personal conversations than addressing my problems. At one point, both toilets in my apartment were overflowing. I called everyday for a week, and I didnt even recieve a call back. The maintenance crew was not to blame. They were always courteous. There was never enough parking for my building, and I had to wwalk the entire length of the building to get to the dumpsters. We had a pretty rough rainy period, and most of the storage spaces(in the basement) were flooded. I was told that it was "not thier problem". I had to throuw out a mattress and a brand new bed from IKEA. On top of it all... the so called groundskeepers were never to be seen. This past summer, my grass was mowed a total of 2 times. I trimmed my own bushes, and had to clean up after the mowers. There were always signs posted "we're sorry for the inconvenience"..but nothing was resolved. The sliding glass doors did NOTHING to protect from the cold weather.
To anyone looking into this complex, I strongly urge you to reconsider.
