This apt complex has gone through a lot of changes since I moved in 4 years ago. I have tried to stick with it. Two years ago we finally had a person that cared. Emily or Ami, she listened to the problems around here. She made me want to live here. The pool is beautiul in the summer. The hallways were always very well maintianed. The maintenence staff was quick to respond to any problems I had. Now it is a crap hole. The hallways are horrible. The management staff could care less about the condition of this place. I agee with the other comments on this place. There is going to be a condo convesion. They could care less about us current residents. No one is helpful and they lie, they tell me my calls will be dealt with. That is total b.s. This place could care less about the residents. I can't believe I spend $1200 a month to live here. They will be lucky to have people buy into this b.s. No way!!!!
