I have lived at Countryside for almost 2 years and I cannot wait until our lease ends! I definitely agree with the previous reviews. A few things to point out, the sales team is terrible with respect to the current renters. I have had personal experience receiving notices that the team will be showing your apartment HOURS before they show it. Then team shows up early, before you can even get out of your apartment, and they put you in a bad position with the prospective owners, who wind up grilling you with questions about when you are going to vacate the apartment. Obviously this situation could have been avoided, but it does not surprise me with how the management has been since moving in.
The second issue I have had with Countryside is when you request for maintenance work that needs to be done on your apartment, numerous calls need to be made to insure that the job gets done. This almost makes it sound like they want you to forget about the issue so that they do not have to fix the problem. And as for snow removal, you can forget about it! You might as well purchase a shovel and some boots before moving in; because you are most likely going to wind up digging a path yourself so your car can get out. Since living here, we have also had water problems in our building, when the water is shut off hours during the day and numerous times during the week. And not to mention, that this went on for almost a month before the problem was completely resolved. To sum it up . . . there is no sense of urgency for them when it comes to maintenance.
To the prospective leaser, should you choose to live at Countryside, we would like to wish you the best of luck . . . because you are definitely going to need it!

I think these comments are spot on. If anything, I think the reviewer is being generous to CS management. The fact is that Vince Maglardi and the current management bunch have absolutely no idea how to run an apartment complex. That's why the service is terrible and will stay that way. The current management simply wants to convert to condos, make a financial killing very quickly, and then move on to their next victim (project). This time, I think they got caught. We can only hope that Maglardi and the CS management bunch suffers as much as the CS residents.
