Reading some of these reviews I question if I'm living in the same complex as some of these digruntled occupants. Overall, Countryside is one of the most well kept and well managed complex's in the Northwest Suburbs (by comparision I have lived in a few). There are going to be some problems no matter where you go. I truly think that some people need to nit pick and would never be completely satisfied.

Three years ago, CS was a wonderful, well-run apartment complex with close to a 100% occupancy rate. That occupancy rate has dropped considerably as evidenced by the large number of vacant units throughout the complex. A weekend does not go by that I don't see U-Haul vans moving people out of CS. I can't recall the last time I've seen anyone move in. Based on Corone's comments, she/he hasn't seen CS the way many of us have. I imagine that will change and some day Corone will have her own U-Haul van ready to move out.

Actually, "gilessnyder" I lived in Countryside back in the late 80's. The reason I relocated had nothing to do with the complex. Now a decade plus later, I am back and think better of it as I did then. To my knowledge of "apartment living" people come and go all of the time--not exclusive to Countryside. I don't plan to move anytime soon. I look forward to puchasing my unit and enjoy calling Countryside my home for many years to come!
