I have lived at Foxfire for 3 years. The first 2 were fine, but as soon as they switched to Mid America Managment, the care and attention of the staff has been appalling. Nothing gets fixed anymore and they gave all of the tenants very short notice that they are converting to condos and must sell the units. I tried to get out of my lease by a mere week and they said absolutely not they would charge me a pro-rated amount. I used to really love this place, but now I would not recommend it at all. Best to search elsewhere!!
