Good Apartment Bad Management

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
The apartment is good but they are small. The rent is comparatively high as you have to take care of the utility.





The worst thing is the office staffs do not remember what they spoke earlier and thats a big headache. So stay in this apartment if you dont want to see the staff face very often. Also they are curtious only when you move in (ofcourse with some lies). After that they won?t care.
