I noticed that all the comments were older on this apartment and there have sincce been new managers and there is definite improvements. They are going slowly but I have gotten a new fridge and dishwasher this year. A lot of other people have also. The maintenence guy is great, respectful and competent. The air cond. is old and a little expensive in summer, about 150 electric bills during hot summer months. I did have a large water leak but they fixed it and gave me a free month rent. It wasn't terribly prompt but the free rent helped. All in all, the neighbors aren't bad, there is no towing of cars anymore unless they a left unused. The walls are great, I barely hear my neighbors. Still a little seedy but it has had a lot of improvements. Can't beat the price and squarefootage.
