Much improved under new management

The new management company has greatly improved the apartments. The rent has increased over the past two years, but so has the overall quality of the apartments. The rent is very reasonable for the area. The units are close to all major expressways and the metra train.
The onsite maintenance has greatly improved with the new management company. They have replaced the outdated kitchen applicances in many of the apartments.
The building itself is old, but the new mangement have cleaned and painted the building.
For the price, I would recommened it. The only complaint I have is with the lighting in the parking lot. Working off shifts, the lot is poorly lit.
